Now Offering Weekly Ball Mastery Classes

The soccer touch and dribbling training program offered at the St. George Recreation Center is a weekly one-hour training session that allows participants to follow along with college soccer players as they perform ball mastery drills. This weekly program allows participants to increase their ball skills and will give them confidence handling the ball.
